Tell us what's happening and we'll route you right — to safety steps, to a person, or to the next open two-hour window. Our hours are Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; after hours we still come, at after-hours rates.
After-hours pricing
After 6 pm, weekends and holidays: $149 diagnostic, with after-hours pricing on the repair quoted in writing before any work. Leading Comfort Plan members pay standard rates ($99 diagnostic, standard repair pricing) after hours. Book a window during business hours and everyone pays the standard $99.
What's going on?
Safety first — before you book
Gas smell, burning smell, or CO alarm
Leave the building and call the gas utility or 911 first. Then book — we'll handle the HVAC side once it's cleared.
Water leaking from the indoor unit
Turn the system off at the thermostat to stop the water, then book the next available window.
Getting through a hot night, Louisiana edition
Chase the cool room
One window unit or the coolest room beats fighting the whole house. Close off the rest.
Fans + damp cloth
A fan over a cool damp towel on wrists and neck drops how hot you feel fast.
Don't keep restarting it
If it trips off repeatedly, leave it off — repeated restarts can turn a small repair into a big one.
