Diagnostic — the only fee to start. Full system inspection and a written repair quote on site, applied to your repair if you approve it. Collected on site, never at booking.
Business hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–6:00 PM. After-hours visits (after 6 pm, weekends, holidays) are a $149 diagnostic, with after-hours pricing on the repair quoted in writing before any work. Leading Comfort Plan members pay standard rates after hours.
Pick an open two-hour arrival window on our calendar and hold it yourself — no phone call, no card. If none of the open windows fit, you still hear from us by the next business day.
