Need us after 6 pm, on a weekend or a holiday? Members pay the standard $99 diagnostic and standard labor — never the after-hours premium.

First open slot when you need service
When you need service, members get the first open slot on the calendar.
What each visit covers
The spring cooling visit and the fall heating visit each include:
- Evaporator and condenser coil cleaning
- Drain line flushing and pan treatment against algae regrowth
- Refrigerant charge verified against manufacturer specification
- Electrical connections tightened and amp draw measured on the compressor and motors
- Capacitor testing — catching a weak one before it strands you in July
- Filter check and airflow assessment across the supply registers
The plain-English terms
- Price
- $22/month per system, or $249/year prepaid for one system. Each additional system is +$15/month.
- Term
- 12-month initial term, then month to month.
- Cancellation
- After the initial 12-month term the plan continues month to month and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice. Prepaid annual plans are not refunded for the unused portion.
- Selling the home?
- Transferable to a new owner if you sell the home.
- Not included
- Parts, Refrigerant, Repairs. Repairs are quoted in writing on site with your 10% member discount applied.
